Opt-Out Rights No educator can be required to belong to a union as a condition of employment. Membership is separate from exclusive bargaining rights. Educators are encouraged to know their rights and options.
The website Teacher Freedom provides guidance on what does and does not happen when an educator ends their union membership and how to exercise this right. NWPE-AAE does not require members to end union membership in order to join NWPE-AAE. |
